- items are posted to you first class signed for with tracking by royal mail
- larger bespoke items will be couriered to you directly
- all postage information will be emailed to you after purchase

returns

- items are not returnable due to all pieces being made to measure
- all clothing items are made with your custom measurements
- if an item arrives damaged we will offer an exchange or refund
- we offer a discounted alternation fee to all customers should they want to alter or resize any item

bespoke & made to measure

- our clothes are made to measure, once you purchase an item we will be in touch over email to set up a video or in person appointment
- customers may alter they’re items within reason for the prices seen online
